With deep, grassroots experience, I understand both the challenges and the triumphs of navigating the disability support system. I’ve walked this journey personally as a carer for loved ones, and professionally as a Support Worker, Site Manager, Area Manager, and Participant Champion. This blend of lived experience and professional expertise means I know how to make the most of an NDIS plan, manage funding effectively, and guide you with confidence through the maze of providers and services.

The service I provide is Support Coordination (Level 1 and 2) and we are a Registered NDIS Provider– offering a personalised, capacity-building support that helps you understand and implement your NDIS plan. Together, we’ll connect you with the right providers, coordinate your supports, and make sure everything reflects your goals, preferences, and values.

My role is to simplify the complex, break down barriers, and give you the tools, knowledge, and confidence to take control of your plan and your future.

What makes my service different is that I am a boutique provider who values quality over quantity. I deliberately take on only a limited number of clients so I can give each person the time, attention, and care they deserve. This means you won’t be lost in a large caseload or feel like “just another number.” Instead, you’ll receive an exceptional, tailored service where your goals are front and centre, and your progress is genuinely celebrated.

Alongside my lived experience, I hold a Diploma in Community Services and an Advanced Diploma in Community Sector Management, and qualifications in Children's services, ensuring that every step of support is grounded in both compassion and skill.
